Sound art and Electroacoustic music, Oliver Payne is a founder of Norfolk & Norwich Sonic Arts Collective, founder of YARMONICS festival of sonic art and new music, and program manager at the disability arts charity, Musical Keys.
Payne also creates sound and music for installations, film makers and broadcaster
Through his installation work he is focused on discovering the unheard and unusual through playful kinetic sculptures and repurposed ephemera, often exploring domestic objects and natural environments .
