Keiko Uenishi est une artiste sonore, compositrice socio/environnementale et membre principal de SHARE.nyc. Elle est titulaire d’un LLB en droit international de l’Université Ritsumeikan, Kyoto, Japon, d’une maîtrise en médias numériques de l’Institut polytechnique de NYU, et est doctorante à l’Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Wien (Autriche). Uenishi est connue internationalement pour ses performances et ses œuvres sonores formées par des expériences de restructuration et d’analyse de sa relation à travers les sons dans des environnements sociologiques, culturels et/ou psychologiques.

Keiko Uenishi is a sound artist, socio/environ composer and core member of SHARE.nyc. She holds an LLB in International Law from Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan, an MS in Digital Media from Polytechnic Institute of NYU, and is a PhD candidate at Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Wien (Austria). Uenishi is known internationally for her performances and sound works formed through experiments in restructuring and analyzing one’s relationship through sounds in sociological, cultural, and/or psychological environments.
