Quantum Random Generator (QRG)
\nQRG consiste en une s\u00e9rie d’actions, une installation et un programme dont le but est d’\u00e9tendre la notion d’art en jouant avec l’al\u00e9atoire. Le processus de d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration radioactive est, \u00e0 son sens, la plus puissante manifestation de l’id\u00e9e d’al\u00e9atoire. Le thorium est ici un m\u00e9dium : Source fondamentale d’al\u00e9atoire mais non \u00e9l\u00e9ment artistique, le thorium est une soure de dispersion et de r\u00e9el d\u00e9sordre. Son utilisation rel\u00e8ve de l’utilisation d’un mat\u00e9riau pur qui n’est pas sujet au contr\u00f4le ; il rel\u00e8ve uniquement du pur processus de d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration et d’\u00e9mission \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n

Robert B.LISEK<\/strong> est un artiste, math\u00e9maticien et musicien qui se concentre sur les syst\u00e8mes et les processus (informatiques, biologiques, sociaux). Il est investi dans plusieurs projets sur le sens critique, le sens strat\u00e9gique, le codage int\u00e9ractif et l’art int\u00e9ractif.<\/p>\n

QUANTUM RANDOM GENERATOR (QRG)
\nQRG consists of action, installation, and program, whose goal is to extend the notion of art by dealing with randomness. I reveal the process of radioactive decay as the best and strongest manifestation of the idea of randomness. Thorium is a medium of my idea: I have chosen Thorium as radioactive particle, which is the source of fundamental random processes and is not associated with art. Thorium is a source of dispersion and real disorder. The use of Thorium is the use of raw material which is not subject to power of will. The real performative element contained in the action reveals pure process of decay and energy emission. <\/p>\n

Robert B. LISEK<\/strong> is an artist, mathematician and musician who focuses on systems and processes (computational, biological, social). He is involved in the number of projects focused on critical art strategies, creative coding and interactive art.<\/p>\n
